Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems and delivering personalized nutrition plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus as needed to maintain quality standards. This role requires one year of long term care experience post-internship, full licensure, and a fully equipped home office for remote work. Salaries start at $50,000 for 100% remote or $70,000 for hybrid positions with onsite visits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) not accepted for remote positions
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
