Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems and delivering personalized nutrition plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to ensure high-quality care, while conducting meal rounds, performing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Maintain quality standards through onsite visits where required, ensuring compliance with state licensure and facility vaccination protocols. This role offers development opportunities within a supportive network of dietitians serving nationwide facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
