Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems through personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver these plans while conducting meal rounds, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus. Perform necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Maintain quality standards across sites, with some positions requiring onsite visits depending on client specifications. Requires a Registered Dietitian credential, one year of LTC experience post-internship, and a full home office setup.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
