Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional needs and well-being. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Requires minimum one year of Long Term Care experience post-internship, RDE status, and a full home office setup for remote work. On-site visits may be required depending on client specifications. Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
- facility vaccination requirements if onsite visits are required
