Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver these services, completing necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This remote hybrid role requires a minimum of one year of long term care experience post dietetic internship, full CDR registration, and state licensure. Salaries range from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on remote or onsite status, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and continuing education credits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
