Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing health problems through personalized nutrition plans and meal rounds. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver care, while completing clinical assessments, charting in the EMR system, and conducting sanitation audits. Sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards and attend meetings to discuss resident progress. Requires a Registered Dietitian with at least one year of long term care experience post-internship, full home office setup, and state licensure. Salaries range from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on remote or hybrid status, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), PTO, and continuing education credits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) not accepted for remote positions
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
