Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized plans and meal rounds. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver care, complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident progress. Conduct sanitation audits and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards while ensuring state licensure and vaccination requirements are met. This role supports NutraCo's mission of delivering respectful care nationwide, offering growth opportunities and a collaborative environment for Registered Dietitians.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
