Job Summary
Conduct clinical nutrition treatment to address nutrition-related health problems for Long Term Care residents by providing compassionate care and support. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Perform meal rounds, sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Requires one year of Long Term Care experience post-internship, RDE status, state licensure, and a full home office setup. Salaries range from $55,000 to $70,000 depending on remote or hybrid status. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
