Job Summary
Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in HR strategy, policy creation, employee relations, and organizational design that meet the pod's quality bar. Author realistic task scenarios involving complex workplace situations, HR process workflows, organizational restructures, and policy implementation. Apply rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME Lead, then verify all created policies and frameworks are accurate and aligned with real-world enterprise standards. Incorporate calibration feedback from senior review to iterate on outputs and escalate genuine edge cases to the Functional SME Lead while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines and milestone deadlines. Commit to at least 4 hours daily with up to 40 hours weekly, including 4 hours of overlap with PST. This contractor engagement spans 8 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- 3–15 years of professional experience in HR management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), or HR generalist/specialist roles
- Proven experience developing HR policies, managing employee relations, designing organizational structures, and partnering with business leaders
- Strong understanding of labor compliance, performance management systems, talent retention strategies, and HR operations
- Ability to author realistic HR scenarios, employee policy frameworks, process workflows, and gold-standard evaluation rubrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
- at least 4 hours per day

Desired Qualifications
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or regional equivalents)
