Remote Hotel Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) — Hilton & Marriott Experience Required

Job Summary
Consult with hotel owners, investors, and general managers to increase property revenue and market share across 20 branded hotels in the United States. Manage five associates to generate, solicit, and manage new accounts while retaining and expanding the existing portfolio. Collaborate with ownership to meet sales objectives, create and review customer records in the revenue management system, and develop business strategies for key accounts. Reach booking targets through follow-up meetings, site visits, and customer events, submitting periodic reports on pipelines and conversions. Maintain an up-to-date sales database comprising historical data, progress reports, and competitor rates.
Required Qualifications

- Marriott and Hilton experience
- expert-level knowledge of their property management systems

- Absolute discretion concerning confidential and sensitive information
- Three years of on-site hotel sales management experience
