Job Summary
Remote Hospitality Sales Representative handles guest inquiries, reservations, upsells and cross-sells, and resolves guest opportunities by phone, email, and live chat, while ensuring guest excellence in a remote environment after an on-site training period in Pigeon Forge. Responsibilities include answering questions about Dollywood Parks & Resorts, processing reservations and tickets, handling refunds/exchanges, maintaining PCI compliance, balancing daily sales/deposits, and providing professional guest service with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a typing test (25 WPM), and flexibility to work afternoons/evenings including weekends with some on-site training on location before fully remote work. Required Qualifications
