Job Summary
Remote Helpdesk Support for the PDIS IT environment. Provide Tier 1 IT helpdesk assistance via email, create and manage tickets in FreshService ITSM, handle login issues and password resets, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions, deliver weekly ticket-volume and resolution-time reports, and ensure user satisfaction while adhering to data privacy/security policies. Remote role with location constraints in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM; schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm; start ASAP and end date 2026-06-30. Deliverables include timely response to inquiries, ticket updates, and routine status reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT helpdesk support
- Familiarity with FreshService ITSM
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely
