Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, and administrative roles including Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representatives, and Registered Nurses. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, source talent via job boards and professional networks, and screen candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems like UKG Recruiting and Phenom AI. Maintain consistent communication throughout the process while ensuring compliance with West Coast employment laws. Support high-volume hiring across multiple locations with a focus on efficient time-to-fill metrics. Based in California or Colorado only, this contract opportunity supports a rapidly scaling organization approaching 5,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, technical, or professional recruiting environments
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
- Strong experience recruiting for healthcare roles (clinical and administrative)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools
- Knowledge of West Coast employment regulations, including California labor laws
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in CA or CO only
