Job Summary
Lead a global MSAT team of four, overseeing international technology transfer projects from planning to implementation. Ensure technically robust manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle by evaluating technical documentation and conducting assessments at external partner sites. Provide expert guidance on complex pharmaceutical and production questions while guaranteeing compliance with international GMP and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to drive continuous process optimization. This senior leadership role offers significant strategic impact within an international pharma client environment, supported by flexible remote work arrangements and extensive professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, beispielsweise Pharmazie, Chemie, Biotechnologie oder vergleichbar
- Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Manufacturing Science & Technology, Technology Transfer, Produktion oder Process Development
- Mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung mit nachweisbarer Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse internationaler GMP-Anforderungen sowie regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Produktionsstandorten und externen Herstellpartnern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
