Remote Guard Center Operator

Review incoming video alarm notifications and respond according to standard operating procedures while actively tracking, verifying, and acting upon alert signals from customer locations. Communicate with law enforcement, customers, and other emergency personnel to manage medium to high call volumes. Prioritize customer service and satisfaction as primary organizational goals. Requires minimum two years of college education, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
