Job Summary

Customer Service Agent position focused on providing high-level customer service solutions through managing inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience. Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office is required. Required Qualifications

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in typing
  • Exemplary attendance, positive attitude, professional conduct, and high-level customer service skills
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
