(Remote) Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Founding Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building AI-native project management capabilities and extending harness engineering from backend to UI. You’ll design and implement silent-background AI workflows, proactive alerts, and task dashboards, using technologies like TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel, Supabase (Postgres + pgvector), LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, LangFuse, and shadcn/ui. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape architecture, deliver impact on multi-year construction programs, and create front-to-back systems that surface reliable AI-driven recommendations with real-time traces. The role includes a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in our Munich office, collaboration across a tight feedback loop, and an equity stake (0.5% – 1.5% with 4-year vest and 1.5-year cliff). Bonus experiences include strong open-source work, early-startup exposure, and domain knowledge in document understanding or agent systems. Language of work is English (German handy but not required). You’ll have ownership of critical parts of the product, direct exposure to founders, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles such as VP Engineering.
