Job Summary

Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions for primary and acute care assessment, diagnosis, and management. Author realistic advanced-practice scenarios involving complex patient histories, physical exam findings, lab/imaging interpretation, and evidence-based treatment plans. Apply rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead, work under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback, and verify all clinical scenarios are medically accurate and compliant with current standards. Ensure consistent alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestone deadlines. This role supports Turing's frontier AI initiatives by generating high-quality training and evaluation data for advanced practice nursing.

Required Qualifications

  • ~3–8 years of experience in advanced practice nursing across primary care or acute care settings
  • Must have actively practiced as an NP within the last 3 years
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
  • Regionally relevant national board certification (e.g., FNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP)
  • Expertise in comprehensive patient assessments
  • Expertise in formulation of differential diagnoses
  • Expertise in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Expertise in pharmacological and non-pharmacological management planning
  • Expertise in acute/chronic disease management
  • Proven track record of producing advanced clinical deliverables such as comprehensive SOAP notes, diagnostic workup plans, clinical management guidelines, patient discharge summaries, and referral consultations
  • Ability to synthesize complex clinical presentations
  • Ability to weigh competing diagnostic hypotheses
  • Ability to evaluate multi-faceted treatment strategies
  • Strong ability to review advanced clinical scenarios, patient histories, and diagnostic results
  • Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic clinical vignettes, advanced practice prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to incorporate calibration feedback
  • Able to iterate under senior review
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
  • at least 4 hours per day
  • upto 40 hours per week
  • 4 hours of overlap with PST

  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role
