Job Summary

Remote Executive Assistant role supporting founders/CEOs in fast-paced startups. You will manage executive calendars, inboxes, and priorities; draft communications; prepare briefs; coordinate multi-time-zone meetings; and maintain proactive oversight of ongoing projects. Own operational systems and workflow management using Notion, Asana, and other internal tools; create and refine SOPs; implement automation to improve efficiency; facilitate team communication and cross-functional processes. Responsibilities include calendar/travel management, inbox triage, handling legal/administrative documentation, and supporting strategic projects including research, briefs, and due diligence. Must-have: 1-2+ years of EA/support experience, strong English communication, remote work experience, proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, ability to work independently with high discretion. This remote, full-time contractor role offers high autonomy and potential to scale into broader operations/Chief-of-Staff responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar roles in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and executive-level communication
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools
  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Remote work experience coordinating with leaders across time zones
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling, travel, and administrative coordination
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience creating SOPs, internal systems, or operational documentation (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to AI tools for automation and productivity (nice-to-have)
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with CRM or project coordination tools (nice-to-have)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (nice-to-have)
  • Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
