Remote Epic Application Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze and diagnose complex system issues, identifying root causes and resolving or escalating them appropriately. Plan, design, implement, maintain, and optimize applications while gathering and translating technical requirements into design specifications. Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams through evaluation, testing, and maintenance to address highly technical issues during installation. Coordinate preparation, coding, and debugging of complex programs; design workflows, configure hardware, and analyze data to troubleshoot incidents. Document specifications, assist with training, identify reporting needs, and partner with vendors to resolve system issues. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support, mentor team members, and act as project lead for complex initiatives. Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Epic build experience
- Willow IP Certification
