Job Summary
Answer and place calls to existing and potential donors while delivering a caring, clear, and compassionate giving experience. Accurately log donor details in our system and follow up to ensure donor satisfaction. Meet goals and unlock opportunities for growth through performance-based rewards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of remote customer service experience, strong verbal communication skills, and a quiet home workspace with a Windows 11 PC, 8GB RAM, and hardwired internet.
