Job Summary
Identify and prioritize critical school systems and processes to document in collaboration with school leadership. Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats including guides, templates, and SOPs. Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice while collaborating with in-country staff to ensure cultural appropriateness. Support continuous improvement by updating documents based on implementation feedback and travel annually to South Asia for alignment. Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication. This role supports The Dream School's mission to establish kingdom-class education by preserving institutional knowledge and strengthening onboarding systems for both local and expat teachers.
Required Qualifications
- Mature Christian faith
