Job Summary
Answer inbound phone calls from customers and field technicians, then schedule and coordinate service appointments, repair calls, and new installation jobs. Book jobs, confirm details, and create or update estimates and job tickets within the CRM system. Manage customer records to ensure information is accurate and well-documented while supporting the sales team with follow-ups. Communicate clearly with technicians regarding schedules and updates, delivering friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented service at all times. Maintain a live-communication presence on camera in a quiet workspace during Monday through Friday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Impeccable spoken and written English (near-native fluency required)
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time consistently
- Very upbeat, positive, and professional phone presence
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or scheduling roles
- Some sales or sales-support experience and comfort discussing services and next steps
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and standard office tools
- Must be on camera and presentable at all times during working hours, as if working in an in-office environment
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, live-communication setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Clear, confident communicator who enjoys talking with customers
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Voice/Video Recording (at least 30 seconds long and in English)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home services, construction, trades, or field service industries
