Job Summary
Dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day, monitoring schedules to maximize route efficiency and coordinating same-day service opportunities and emergency calls. Communicate schedule updates with technicians and customers while working closely with Customer Service Representatives and Operations leadership. Utilize ServiceTitan to manage appointments, technician statuses, and job information, maintaining accurate customer and job records. Assist with schedule adjustments due to cancellations, delays, or emergency service requests to ensure daily productivity and operational goals are achieved. Provide outstanding customer service through clear, professional communication. Full-time role Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, 100% remote for candidates in FL or AL.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dispatch experience
- Must be located in FL or AL
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated home office free from distractions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- Previous dispatch experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry
