Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to connect with consumers and resolve delinquent purchased debt accounts. Perform skip tracing to locate consumers, negotiate settlements and payment arrangements, and manage your collection pipeline with timely follow-ups. Maintain full compliance with the FDCPA, FCRA, and applicable state regulations while delivering professional, solution-focused customer interactions that maximize account recovery. Requires minimum 2 to 3 years of third-party collections experience, specifically in purchased paper, with proven track record of hitting target metrics in a remote work-from-home environment. Base pay ranges from $15–$20 per hour plus aggressive tiered commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of third-party collections experience
- At least 1 year specifically working purchased paper, dormant judgments, or salvage debt
- Proven track record of hitting target metrics in a work-from-home environment
- Familiarity with auto-dialers, CRM software, and standard skip-tracing platforms
- Must be able to accurately explain the Mini-Miranda
- Must understand how to handle disputes
- Must know how state-level SOL dictates what can and cannot be said regarding legal action
- Professional verbal communication skills

- Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
