Job Summary
Hybrid role requiring onsite twice monthly at auction and quarterly visits to dealerships within the assigned territory in Southeast Massachusetts (South of Boston to Cape Cod). Build and nurture strong client relationships, provide consultative guidance using industry insights and vehicle valuation data, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams. Educate clients on marketplace policies and tools to maximize success, while prioritizing responsiveness, ownership, and effective problem solving to exceed client expectations. Promote a unified approach across internal business units, leveraging data to drive successful transactions and improve dealer performance. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. Preference for a Bachelor’s degree; role requires high school diploma/GED plus 3 years related experience; pre-employment drug test is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
