Job Summary
Hybrid Dealer Services Specialist II builds strong client relationships across Manheim channels, coordinates with sales/mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams, serves as a liaison between clients and internal units, uses data and market insights to provide strategic recommendations, educates clients on marketplace policies, and coaches clients to effectively use the suite of tools for success; role involves traveling within the assigned territory, onsite at an auction location a minimum of twice per month and visiting dealerships at least four times per month; candidates must reside within commuting distance of Syracuse or Rochester, NY, and the position may include commission/incentive opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years’ experience in a related field
