Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative focusing on US-hour support, serving as the primary client-contact and trusted advisor across healthcare, telemedicine, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, onboarding and product adoption, monitoring usage and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities, analyzing metrics, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Requires 1-2+ years in customer success or related roles, strong communication and strategic thinking, proficiency with CRM/scheduling/productivity tools, and ability to work remotely across regions (Philippines, LATAM, Africa, and other remote regions). Knowledge of HIPAA considerations in healthcare contexts and experience with onboarding, training, and enabling adoption across diverse client bases is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in customer success, account management, client-facing roles, or related positions (preferably in healthcare, telemedicine, SaaS, or technology-driven environments)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with compassionate, professional approach
- Ability to understand client business goals and provide strategic guidance
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities with proactive mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple accounts

- Self-motivated and adaptable to remote work environments with proven ability to work independently
