Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative for SolvOne's Dispatch Team supporting 24/7/365 petroleum-industry service calls. Responsibilities include delivering customer service remotely, dispatching technicians to client locations, maintaining a home office with company-provided equipment, completing training, passing assessments and background checks, and using Microsoft Office/Outlook. Requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, reliable attendance, and eligibility to work from Kenosha, WI. Bilingual is a plus. Compensation starts at $18/hour with paid training, shift options, and benefits including medical/dental, 401(k), and paid time off. Required Qualifications
