Job Summary
Remote Regional Concierge Navigator provides outreach and support to members to ensure access to care and benefits. Responsibilities include in-market member engagement (Welcome Calls, New Member Onboarding, scheduling, and coordination with PCPs and specialists), case follow-ups and issue resolution, educating members on gaps in care, scheduling appointments, coordinating authorizations/referrals, and acting as the patient liaison throughout the program. The role requires knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes, strong communication skills, 40+ WPM typing, and ability to navigate Medicare Advantage or HMO benefits; bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with a pay range of $44,790 to $67,185 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Keyboard typing 40+ words per minute
- Ability to help members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO, including referrals and authorizations
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese or English/Mandarin (preferred)
