Responsibilities include handling voice and chat via Amazon Connect, documenting interactions, following defined call flows, providing empathetic and clear communication, collaborating with teammates, and escalating complex issues. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, quiet home workspace, English fluency (CERF C1+), ability to work full-time 40 hours/week, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Training is provided. Compensation is $12.50/hour with potential for additional compensation; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in an approved state in the U.S.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Proficient with web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Ability to learn and use multiple systems (Windows, monitors)
  • Professional fluency in English (CERF C1 or higher)
  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Completion and passing of CLEARTM identity verification
  • Ability to enroll in and use MFA via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator
