Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences while supporting the booking and confirmation process for reservations. Respond to inquiries regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements, then review reservation details to ensure accuracy in dates and traveler information. Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications, providing timely follow-up and support before and after travel.
