Job Summary
Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in curriculum design, facilitation, and program delivery aligned with enterprise-grade learning standards. Author realistic task scenarios involving corporate training, learning objectives, and curriculum evaluation rubrics. Apply grading frameworks set by the Functional SME Lead and verify all instructional materials meet practical, real-world accuracy. Incorporate calibration feedback from senior review to refine outputs and iterate on task designs. Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines and milestone deadlines. This contractor role requires at least 4 hours daily with 40-hour weekly capacity and 4 hours of PST overlap. You will engage for 8 weeks as part of a specialized pod advancing AI system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–15 years of professional experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or instructional design
- Proven experience designing training materials, building curricula, and facilitating live or virtual learning programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
- at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Engagement type: Contractor
- Engagement Length: 8 weeks
