Job Summary
Develop the M&A pipeline by proactively identifying and sourcing software companies that align with investment goals. Lead outbound prospecting through strategic, targeted outreach to build rapport with business owners and senior leadership. Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to position Harris as the preferred partner and acquirer of choice. Innovate our process by developing and implementing new methods to improve outreach, while leveraging the M&A CRM to meticulously track activities and support data-driven decisions. This role requires autonomy in self-managing work and driving clear goals within a high-performing team.
