Job Summary
Draft and file family law documents for clients while managing case progression through the litigation pipeline. Maintain detailed organization and meet strict deadlines to ensure efficient case handling. Provide responsive communication to internal firm needs and operate as a self-starter working independently. Requires Massachusetts bar admission, five years of family law experience, and strong drafting skills. Remote contract role with approximately 10+ hours per week at a rate starting at $80/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Family Law
- Must be good communicator internally
- Must be very responsive to firm needs
- Strong drafting skill set
- Ability to be organized and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter
- Able to work independently
