Job Summary

Manage Florida estate planning and probate matters from initial filing through final distribution, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare designations. Prepare probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, and accountings while gathering estate assets and financial records. Coordinate document signings, witnessing, and notarization using the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and platforms like WealthCounsel or Westlaw Form Builder. Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and courts while monitoring deadlines via case management tools. Work remotely for approximately 10+ hours per week as a self-starter with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Direct experience in Florida estate planning
