Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting tailored solutions and handling objections to close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will work under pressure in a fast-paced BPO contact center supporting healthcare, retail, and financial services clients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
