Job Summary
Remote Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to book no-cost In-home Health Assessments, learning about and addressing customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customers feel supported. The role involves active listening, building relationships with customers and teammates, using software and scripts, meeting call center metrics, making product/service recommendations, participating in training, and being available for camera meetings as needed. Requires 2+ years call center experience, outbound sales exposure is a plus, and a Windows 11-capable device with reliable internet; compensation is $14-16/hour with PTO and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Outbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to type 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer service or related experience is a plus
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player
