Job Summary
Design engaging lessons and deliver interactive sessions covering Python, JavaScript, Web Development, and AI tracks for students in North America. Provide real-time guidance during sessions, address technical issues with Scratch, HTML, or WordPress, and monitor student performance to support their learning progress. Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on progress and offer insights for home support. Stay current with coding education advancements while fostering an inclusive environment. This role offers structured mentorship from senior engineers and potential pathways to full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for teaching and computers
- Strong expertise in Scratch or Scratch Jr or python or HTML or wordpress or AI etc. programming
- Prior experience as a coding instructor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for teaching, coding education, and nurturing the creative potential of young learners
- Students are in Canada, North America primarily
- Work time is PST or EST or American or Canadian time
- Good English is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but with the right computer and teaching knowledge it will work
