Job Summary
Remote Clinical Licensed Psychologist role with Rula. Provide telehealth or in-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, leveraging a nationwide network of licensed clinicians. Responsibilities include maintaining quality through standardized measures, engaging clients around clinical outcomes, and collaborating with a team that handles credentialing, billing, claims, and tech support. Flexible scheduling and autonomy over caseload; providers arrange their own office space for in-person care. Tools and guidance are provided for consistent high-quality care, including measurement-informed approaches to track progress, explore outcomes, and demonstrate impact. Access to case consultations, office hours, CEU podcast courses, and extensive professional development opportunities are available. Must be licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in California and able to deliver telehealth or in-person sessions, with remote work supported.
