Job Summary
Clinical Intake Therapist role handling admissions interviews, biopsychosocial assessments, and determining fit for virtual intensive outpatient programs. Responsibilities include building rapport with clients and referral sources, presenting treatment information, documenting in electronic medical records, assigning treatment team members and schedules, and collaborating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams. Requires licensure eligibility/availability of a clinical license, telehealth delivery, and experience across ages (children through adults) with strong communication and attention to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license preferred; associate-level clinicians considered
- Licenses accepted: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LMSW, RPCA, LMFTA
- Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults) preferred
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Work authorized in the United States; native or bilingual English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
