Job Summary
Clinical Intake Therapist responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments across ages (children to adults), determining appropriateness for virtual IOP, constructing provisional DSM-V diagnoses, documenting in EMR, assigning treatment team members and schedules, and collaborating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to facilitate intake. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced telehealth environment; licensing in LICSW/LCMHC/LMFT/MSW is preferred, with US work authorization and English proficiency. Shifts include mornings/afternoons, evenings, and weekends; base pay ranges from $55,000 to $67,500 annually, with potential for additional incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Licenses accepted: LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MSW Degree
- Independent license preferred; we are willing to work with associate-level clinicians pursuing licensure
- Experience with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, adults)
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
