Job Summary
Manage a book of 30 to 40 dental clients as the primary contact via email, Zoom, and phone. Conduct quarterly meetings to review financial statements and provide strategic business and tax insights. Oversee general ledger activity, prepare financial statements, and perform heavy account reconciliations to ensure technical accuracy. Facilitate tax compliance by preparing returns and delivering clean financials to the tax department. Review transactional work to keep monthly accounting activities on schedule. Requires at least five years of CPA firm experience, CPA status preferred, and expert QuickBooks Online proficiency. Offers 401(k) with profit sharing, medical insurance, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong hands-on tax planning and preparation skills

- CPA or actively pursuing CPA
- Experience with UltraTax
- Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients
