Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and support needs by providing accurate information regarding services, processes, and available options. Assist with coordinating schedules, reservations, and experience-related arrangements while communicating confirmations, reminders, updates, and next steps in a timely manner. Support clients with modifications, special requests, and routine service concerns through research of available solutions and resources. Monitor ongoing requests, follow up to ensure completion, and maintain detailed records within company systems. Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
