Job Summary
Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults (ages 4+) specializing in low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through the Care Dashboard while managing a flexible caseload of a minimum 5 hours per week. Choose your preferred session lengths (30, 45, or 60 minutes) and maintain total schedule autonomy within your Arizona associate license (LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT). Transition existing private clients to the platform for improved compensation rates.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active, associate clinical license for the state of Arizona (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
- 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics
- Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth
- Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software
