Remote: Chief Growth Officer (Full-time)

Develop and execute annual and multi-year growth strategies aligned with Planate's Strategic Plan to accelerate revenue, strengthen backlog, and identify new market opportunities worldwide. Lead federal business development for Brooks Act A/E procurements, SF330 submissions, IDIQs, and task order competitions while directing the full capture lifecycle from qualification to price-to-win. Build a balanced global contract portfolio across federal, international, and commercial markets by managing key account development, industry positioning, and strategic partnerships. Provide executive oversight of proposals, cost and pricing, and bid/no-bid decisions while establishing pipeline reviews and performance metrics. Lead a multicultural growth organization across business development, capture, proposals, pricing, and marketing, collaborating with operations and executive leadership to ensure sustainable profitability. Advise the President on market trends and growth opportunities.
