Job Summary
Communicates with patients through Smile Doctors Anywhere and all digital dashboards; Manages clinical protocols with Smile Doctors Anywhere with doctor; Monitors dashboards, analytics and reporting to increase adoption and utilization of Smile Doctors Anywhere; Collaborates with doctors and team on notifications which require immediate attention; Communicates with clinic teams regarding Smile Doctors Anywhere updates and/or changes; Analyzes and reviews daily reporting in Smile Doctors Anywhere and Power BI for all notifications and all other digital platforms; Provides troubleshooting/technical support to patients using digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Three (3) years of clinical orthodontic or dental experience required
