Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a GP practice is essential
- Hands on experience with clinical systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, for working with both patients and healthcare professionals
- Confident with computers and office software
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work well within a remote team
- A calm, accurate, detail-focused approach — much of this role is about making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (we will arrange this)
- Completion of data security and information-governance training (provided by us)
- A private, secure space to work from home
