Job Summary
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process in a remote work-at-home setting. This role requires a persuasive, energetic individual with strong communication skills to join MCI's virtual sales team, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys and drive scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
