Job Summary
Document calls and take incoming calls while managing customer service interactions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions using MS Office and Windows 10 or higher. This role requires a dedicated home office setup with a monitor, headset, and reliable Ethernet connection providing at least 25 mbps upload and download speeds. Shifts run from 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 2:30-11:00pm, and 3:30pm-12:00am. Candidates must own their own equipment and possess 1+ years of experience. Available in FL, IN, KY, and OH.
